TealWave Solutions collects only the information needed to respond to you, arrange conversations, and understand how this site is used.

We do not use advertising trackers, sell your personal information, or add you to a mailing list.

When you contact us

If you send a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email address, organisation and message you choose to provide.

The form is processed through Web3Forms, which handles the information you submit so that your message can reach us. Messages are delivered to and stored in our business email, provided through Google Workspace.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and continue the conversation you initiated. We process it because you have chosen to contact us and because we have a legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.

We keep correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your enquiry, maintain relevant business records, or meet legal obligations.

When you schedule a conversation

If you choose to schedule a conversation, we use Calendly to arrange the meeting. The information you provide when booking is processed by Calendly so that the meeting can be scheduled.

Calendly is connected to Google Calendar and Google Meet, which we use to manage the meeting and provide the video call.

Analytics

We use Umami to understand how this site is used — for example, which pages are visited, how visitors arrive, and the countries visits come from.

Umami does not use cookies or track visitors across different websites. The analytics we receive are not intended to identify you personally.

We use this information because we have a legitimate interest in understanding and improving the site.

Cookies

This site does not set cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Third-party services such as Calendly may use cookies when you choose to interact with them.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, or ask us to delete it where applicable.

You may also have other rights under applicable data protection law, including the right to restrict or object to certain processing and the right to contact the relevant data protection authority.
